This program consists of aerobic and anaerobic exercises. We create the best version of yourself through Toning, Boxing (in a fun, friendly way and above all to burn lots of calories, raise your metabolism and acquire coordination while having fun and relieving yourself of stress), we used CrossFit and Tabata exercises, HIIT and metabolic exercises. We will also run and bike on the beach or the mountain doing cardiovascular exercise, we add the best of paleotraining and we use very interesting exercises based on team sports.
